Shipping policy
Thank you for visiting and shopping at JIA atelier. Following are the terms and
conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
1. Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. It will take us up to 10-14 days to hand-make your piece! You will receive an email after we send the order. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.
Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
2. Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Our shipping rates depend from customer country and order weight:
- Ukraine
- For our Ukraine customers we send all orders via Nova poshta shipping company.
- 0.0 kg – 5.0 kg: $2.00
- 5.0 kg – 20.0 kg: $4.00
Australia, Canada, China
- 0.0 kg – 0.6 kg: $20.00
- 0.6 kg – 2.0 kg: $30.00
- 0.0 kg – 1.0 kg: $20.00
- 0.0 kg – 1.0 kg (Express shipping): $69.00
- 1.0 kg – 3.0 kg: $37.00
3. Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number. Also, you can track your order in our online-store via this link.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
JIA atelier is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
5. Damages
JIA atelier is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
